I love that I get to plan another special time that brings beautiful, caring, vulnerable, sensitive, strong, authentic, inspiring women just like YOU together once again at the healing Rainbow Reach Retreat Centre.
Some of the feedback from the lovely women who were absolutely glowing and replenished from December 2021 and May 2022 includes:
A ‘Namaste Yoga’ retreat features morning , afternoon and evening practices (all optional of course!) including : welcome circle, slow flow asana practice, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, ceremony, a Sound Bath, indoor and outdoor practice, some silent times (mouna), walking meditation as well as mindful eating with beautiful vegetarian food. ….completing with a closing circle.
It will be uplifting, connecting, fun, quiet, balancing, flowing, welcoming, beautiful, nurturing and nourishing.
Oh!!!! Did I mention the optional extra of receiving, in the sweet meditation hut, an intuitive massage and/or reflexology treatment?
The retreat is situated on 77 acres of native bush land, at the southern end of the Watagan ranges and adjacent to state forest, the retreat sits high on a cleared plateau with bush and native wildlife all around, providing peace and quiet as well as privacy. Truly spectacular, a hidden gem.
A perfect venue surrounded by nature complete with a fresh water dam and salt water swimming pool. The property is self sufficient with off grid solar and tank water and secluded rustic accommodation with share bathrooms, it is very clean and comfortable. New owners have done a lovely refurbish and ‘The Barn’ overlooking the fresh water dam is perfect for yoga.
This will be another special weekend for a group of like minded women providing respite and rejuvenation inclusive of group time, solitude , laughter and nurturing – all while being well fed with fresh, delicious food catered lovingly by Jo Powling .
The dream team includes Nicole, Deidre, Jo and Rose who work together so well to bring you the very best experience possible. We can’t wait to do it again!!
The rooms are mostly ‘share’ – accommodating two to five women- with only 5 singles available (which can accommodate 2 women , if you are willing to share a queen bed). There is just one queen room with private ensuite. The 3-5 share rooms have 3 sets of single bunks. The 3 bathrooms (1 rustic outside shower and toilet – my personal favourite!) are shared.
To secure ‘early bird’ prices a non refundable $250 deposit is required.
I will do my best to give you the accommodation you request.
Accommodation requests will be on a ‘first in with deposit basis’.

Full payment (can be made in instalments) by 14/3/23. If you are unable to make the retreat after deposit or full payment has been made you can sell your place to someone else.

The very popular Namaste Bali yoga retreat holiday for women is once again hosted by me (Nicole) with my Balinese dream team at the Ubud Artvilla.
I will be sharing the yoga teaching with my teacher, Guru Made Sumantra, who continues to create a beautiful Balinese yogic experience for us. Guru Made’s teachings are exceptional and it is an honour to be able to offer this to you.
This retreat is rich with Balinese culture, it’s spiritual and for some it has been life changing.
The venue is beautiful and intimate and the family that look after us are loving and welcoming.
Nicole could not offer such a special experience without the support of Wayan and Putu and the rest of this gracious family.
I’ve detailed more about the experience here, but the truth of it is words and even photos can’t quite convey how wonderful these weeks always are.
