‘NAMASTE BALI 2018’ MARKS THE 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF NICOLE OFFERING YOGA HOLIDAYS IN BALI.
DATES: SUNDAY 24TH JUNE- SATURDAY 30TH JUNE 2018.
This immersion is so loved that previous participants have already asked that a spot be saved for them in 2018!
For some it will be their third time!!
That says it all. ………….WHY DO WOMEN KEEP RETURNING FOR MORE!???
WELL………………….
– It is a unique experience each year. Nicole continues to include her cornerstone ‘Namaste Bali’ features interspersed with special new experiences, staying true to her intention that YOU are nurtured and immersed in a true Balinese experience……and it’s FUN!
– ‘Namaste Bali’ is a reflection of Nicole’s special relationship with her teacher Guru Made Sumantra, her Balinese family headed by Wayan Suparta who wit an open heart proudly shares his Bali.
– Nicole happily acknowledges that ‘ Wayan makes me look good!’ and is very grateful that Wayan takes time each year to ensure that her group is so warmly welcomed.
– Nicole continues to be feel honoured and blessed that Guru Made Sumantra shares his blessings, healing and yoga with her groups.
– The loving, fun and safe space created at the Ubud Art Villa flows to and from the welcome circle, yoga sessions, eating experiences, ceremony and temples, the car (prepare to sing!),the pool, the entertainment (prepare to dance!), the conversations and deepened connections with self, others and Bali herself.
– Namaste Bali delivers way beyond what can be described in the program. For many it has been and continues to be a communion of heart, mind, body, soul and as GMS explains a connection with ‘the cosmos’. In other words we smile in our hearts and feel the love and light fill up our bodies.
– To be in Bali, is to enter a place of beauty which is honoured and blessed in sacred traditions of that culture.
SO …….IT IS A YOGA HOLIDAY……. an authentic Balinese experience while enjoying some Yoga, great food and lots of love and fun and it differs significantly to the many yoga retreats offered in Ubud.
Namaste Bali is suitable for beginners through to experienced students.
The accommodation is a unique villa created by an artist and his Balinese family with love. Each day this special Balinese family looks after you.
You are taught Balinese Yoga by teacher/guru Guru Made Sumantra, a 5th generation Balinese Healer.
Each session is an opportunity for gentle healing and harmonisation.
Nicole has trained with Guru Made Sumantra (GMS) and it is an honour he offers his teachings each year.
Nicole was nominated by GMS and accepted into the Indonesian Yoga Teachers Association.
Wayan Suparta completes the Namaste Bali team which provides successful, spiritual, unique, nurturing, cultural Yoga Holidays filled with fun and smiles 🙂
Wayan is an experienced guide and manages the Ubud Artvilla where Namaste Bali is hosted.
