Term 3 Begins

Looking forward to a wonderful Term 3

Time to unite with others and share a supportive yoga class.

Nicole’s ‘Yoga For Everyone’ Classes commence this week at Ettalong Senior’s Hall.

First class is: Wednesday 20^th July 2011: 6.30pm-8.00pm

Second class is: Saturday 23^rd July 2011: 9.00am-10.30am

I also teach a Monday class 5.30pm-7.00pm at Evolve Wellness Centre, 78 York St East Gosford (Suite A and B).

If you are a member of Priority One Fitness you will find me teaching a Tuesday 7.15am class.

Easter is over it’s time for more YOGA!!

I hope you have enjoyed a lovely Easter break.

My yoga classes start back as follows:

Wed 27^th 6.30pm and Sat 30^th 8.15am at Ettalong Seniors Hall.

Friday 29^th 9.30am at Empire Bay Hall.

NEW CLASS Monday evenings 5.30pm at Evolve Wellness Centre East Gosford.

If you are a member I also teach a 7.15am Tuesdays at Priority One Gym, Woy Woy.
