This session will teach or deepen your understanding of Warrior 1 and 2. The intention is to share a beautiful and nurturing Warrior Meditation Sequence complete with powerful affirmations. The sequence allows you to go within and connect with your inner warrior.
It is a simple and effective practice that integrates body, mind and breath. We will play with this sequence focusing on breath, pace and flowing it with music.
