A TWO HOUR YOGA AND SOUND HEALING IMMERSION

I am delighted to welcome back Ian Hakker as a special guest
to our Yoga Circle.

Ian works as a Sound Healer using the Didge, drum and voice for vibrational healing. This is a very special, beautiful and powerful opportunity to receive gentle healing as we combine yoga and Ian’s sound healing.

We will begin with a nurturing yoga practice preparing our bodies to receive Ian’s Sound Healing experience. Prepare to be bathed and soaked in sound vibrations as Ian weaves his magic. It is a complete body, mind experience with potential for shifts, changes, healing at many levels.

All that is required is that you be open to possibilities.

Your investment for this healing is $22.
(If you have paid for yoga by the term, you pay $7)

Two nurturing classes will be available in January at Kincumber Neighbourhood Centre. (1/20 Kincumber St Kincumber)

Mondays 11th and 18th January at 5.30pm.

Pre booking and payment is preferred (contact Nicole for account details) at the discounted price of $30 for both classes. Or drop in is welcome at $18 per class.
