We had a great week back at yoga with lovely classes at Kincumber, Ettalong and Davistown. It was great to be sharing yoga with you all again. We welcomed a few new students as well as the regulars. Thanks for a great week everyone.
This year we are diving deeper into breath work. Breath is integral to our yoga practice and life. It sustains us, vitalises us and ensures good health when we are breathing correctly. Come and breathe your way deeply through these nurturing classes.

The first time you use this booking system you need to register. After that you use your registration details to log in and book a class/classes.
If you buy a 5 or 10 class package the booking system keeps track of the classes remaining in your package purchased, you just click on the ones you wish to attend and the amount is deducted.
