I will be on the beautiful Indonesian island of Sumba where this photo was taken last year during some spontaneous beach yoga with a gorgeous group of school girls on their way home from school.

One of the attractions of this place is a complete break from the computer/social media and mobile phone reception……bliss!  So please be patient if you are waiting to hear from me 🙂

Namaste Bali 2018 appears to be FULLY BOOKED. I am establishing a wait list so  if any of the 13 women who have said YES have a change of mind then I can offer a place.

I will be checking in with the current group of women on my return from Sumba but if they all remain a YES then Namaste Bali 2018 is FULL.

If I have enough new enquiries or you would like a private Namaste Bali experience (minimum number required is 10 to proceed with a second group) I will look to organising another group.

I am already taking bookings for 2019, dates will be Sunday 23rd June-Saturday 30th June 2019, if this interests you.

Just a reminder to all my students or students to be that I am still in Indonesia after just finishing running Namaste Bali, A Yoga Holiday.

I am immersing myself in all things yoga while in Ubud and then off to adventure around Sulawesi, Flores, Sumba then back to Bali.

Yoga Circle classes will resume week commencing Monday 25th September. I will provide an update as the time gets closer.
